Building a house isn’t as simple as pouring a slab and framing up the walls.  Soil can settle leaving cracks that can be minor blemishes or major structural problems.  At Advance Concept, soil studies are done on all new construction work.  Our team will review the findings of the engineers to determine the best type of construction.  Our skilled equipment operators will take care of the surroundings for minimal environmental impact (a requirement for LEED Homes).
