Advance Concept Construction provides affordable 24-hour emergency services. Affordable rates and we only charge for time at the job-site. We do leak detection too!

We offer the following as “First Aid” until help arrives: If you have a major water leak, turn off the water to your house. The shut-off valve is usually located behind the hot water heater. If the water is by an electrical outlet, keep everyone away from the area. If the leak is outside, the water shut-off is at the meter but we don’t recommend you try to turn it. Old shut-off valves can be rusted and break – best leave that one to us.

We offer other emergency services too – electrical, structural, and roof.

All of our technicians are EPA Certified to work on older homes that may have lead paint. If you’re house was built before 1978, we will take the necessary precautions to protect you from the hazards of this toxic substance.
