Cost Estimating

Committing to any type of interior remodeling or new construction project should be done only when you’ve gathered the necessary information, and this includes a proper cost estimate. Our Project Estimator/Coordinators (PEC’s) understand the construction industry and can accurately forecast the cost of your project. Clients can meet with a PEC to discuss their project scope and determine how the project should proceed.  They can help you develop a budget and set parameters for the design team.   We recommend that the PEC gets involved right from the start of the project to ensure that the project budget reflects the decisions made by the rest of the project team throughout the integrated design process.
