Maintenance on Automatic Gate Openers
At Advance Concept, we offer two Gate Operator Maintenance Plans: Quarterly and Semi-Annual.
Both Maintenance plans includes the following done monthly:
- Lube and adjust chain as needed
- Check all wheels and guides
- Check all belts
- Check all functions of:
- Boards
- Keypads
- Computer systems
- Remote(s) must be present at time of service call
- Photo eyes
Prices for Quarterly Maintenance Plan are:
One gate operator- $550.00 includes one additional service call.
Two gate operators- $750.00 includes two additional services calls.
Three gate operators up to five- $950.00 includes three service calls.
Prices for Semi-Annual Maintenance Plan are:
One gate operator- $850.00 includes one additional service call.
Two gate operators- $1,100.00 includes two additional services calls.
Three gate operators up to five- $1,400.00 includes three service calls.
On both, price does not include parts or materials, welding or fabrication.
Also for both, billing will be done quarterly, net 15 days. Credit cards can be kept on file on our secure system for convenient payments or payment can be made on-line at time of receipt of invoice.
