Advance Concept brings the required services to the table to allow the owner to use all or just parts of our team.  The end goal is to make sure that the owner receives the project they wanted, on time and on budget.
Every project begins with a meeting with you and one of our project managers, usually at the job site.  This initial meeting is free of charge and we will look at what you want to do and make suggestions.  A written estimate will be prepared that includes a detailed scope of work.  Unfortunately, some contractors come in with very low bids and vague contracts or scope of work and they mark the price up with lots of change orders.  When comparing bids, make sure you look at the entire contract, not just the bottom line!
Your assigned project manager will see your project through from start to finish.  We will honor your scheduling needs – one of the many reasons our customers love us.  And this includes our commercial clients too.  Our crews will work through the night to make sure your business is ready to open on time.
