Remodel project included:  Exterior – stucco patch and repaint, new HVAC unit, new roof, new pinicle window, seal and stripe of parking lot, new landscaping.
Interior – new tile,FRP in bathrooms, fixtures,  decor package built by Advance Concept cabinet shop,  paint, decor lighting, and ceiling.
